Gyoza Attempt #2

I tried again with the gyoza. Same filling recipe, different wrapper. I tried to make the wrappers myself. It was a basic hot water and flour mix. It worked, but was way too much work.

The search for store bought gyoza wrappers continues. I've tried two more stores with no luck.
